In Kerala, the government is to set up 'Free Digital Libraries' in all schools in Kerala, Education Minister M.A. Baby told on Monday.
     

Recently, the Afghan President Hamid Karzai mentioned that the lack of educational facilities and attacks by Taliban have kept five million school going children out of schools.
     

An allocation of RM2.4 million has been made by the CIMB Foundation for carrying out Information and Communication Technology (ICT) programmes in 10 rural schools nationwide, as an empowerment initiative.
